What size range of child do the Costumes Fit?

The size range for a costume is 8-10cm below the size which is the maximum height.
E.g. Size 128cm fits 117-128cm tall children. If you child is smaller then they should pick the 116cm size.

Are Fur Costumes OK to wear without underclothes?

Fur costumes are designed to be worn with an underlayer of clothing. Some children may find fur costumes itchy due to the nature of the design. Therefore we recommend a thin layer of clothing underneath the costume for comfort. If you do not want this, then most fur costumes have a non-fur alternative. Due to this we cannot accept returns for fur costumes if you find them too itchy. If you child has sensitive skin then we recommend buying the none fur option.

 

Are the costumes machine washable?

Yes, over 95% of our costumes are machine washable. Please see the individual costume for details.

 

Shipping FAQ's


Shipping Options

Shipping on costumes and accessories are available via standard delivery (3-5 working days) or expedited delivery (1-2 working days). Postage is available to the UK only. In the event of a national postage strike, we will use an alternative method.


Dispatch

Dispatch is usually done on the same day for orders before 12pm on expedited parcels. Dispatch is guaranteed within 2 working days for all parcels. Most parcels require a signature to confirm your receipt of the parcel.

 

Christmas Deadline

 When ordering for Christmas it is always advisable to order early to avoid disappointment. Last orders for Christmas delivery using our standard services UK is 12 noon 17th December 2011 and for express services UK is 12 noon 21nd December 2011.
