Terms and Conditions of Use

IMPORTANT NOTE: These Terms and Conditions only apply for products we sell. For products bought from other websites please see their own terms and conditions on their websites. Associates Programme, an affiliate advertising programme designed to provide a means for sites to earn advertising fees by advertising and linking to Amazon.co.uk

Shipping & Delivery

All Items are delivered using a form of Recorded Delivery. Because of this we cannot leave items with a neighbour, or in the garden etc. unless you have authorised this with your local post office. If you have done so, then items are left at your own risk. Expedited Delivery is available at extra cost which you will find at checkout. If products are ordered before 1pm using Expedited Delivery then every effort will be made to ship it with next day delivery. However Expedited Delivery is not available for Saturday delivery. You will receive no refund on this if you pay for this service on a Friday, and dont get it on the Saturday. It will arrive Monday earliest.

Privacy & Security

We hold no personal data, except for the usage of your shopping cart items. We will never sell your details to a third party. Our payment provider PayPal deals with all sensitive data including your address and payment details, and this is done over a secure encrypted connection via PayPal. We can only see your delivery and billing address details through PayPal which will only ever be used to send your orders to.

Payment

All payments are Securely processed by Pay Pal, whether using a Debit/Credit card or a PayPal account. We have no access and do not hold your bank details. You do not require a PayPal account to pay. You can pay with your credit/debit card, PayPal just process the payment for us, however if you wish to use your PayPal account you can do this also.

Pricing

The prices payable for the items that you order are clearly set out in the web site. If, by mistake, we have under-priced an item, we will not be liable to supply that item to you at the stated price, provided that we notify you before we dispatch the item concerned. In this case your order will be cancelled, and you will receive a full refund of any monies paid.

Product Images

All pictures of items and costumes are used with the permission of the Copyright holder. We make every attempt to use clear descriptions to go with the images, so you know what you are receiving and use up to date images. However we are not responsible for the manufacturers right to alterations of colour or style at any time without notice. Please note colours may vary on individual computers due to contrast and colour settings on your computer.

Returns/Replacements

If you have a problem with your costume please contact us first by clicking here, explaining your problem, and giving your address and order details. We are here to help. You have the right to return your goods to us in the same condition they were received (e.g. unopened, with tags when applicable) within 7 working days, starting from the day after you have received the goods (e.g. signed for), and we will provide a full refund minus the cost of shipping, within 30 days of the cancellation. We are not a manufacturer, so the whole product and packaging must be returned in the same condition as you would have received it and how you may expect to receive it. If the product or packaging is in any way missing or damaged, we cannot refund.

If you feel there is a problem with your costumes build quality, upon inspection we will directly swap out the costume for a like for like item. You should let us know as soon as possible via email within 7 calendar days from the date of delivery. We will provide a replacement after the original costume has been sent back and received by us. We shall be under no liability in respect of any defect arising from fair wear and tear, willful damage, negligence, abnormal working conditions, misuse or alteration or repair of the ordered goods without our approval.

We recommend that you send costumes via recorded delivery. Please note in the event of a return we cannot refund you the cost of shipping or insurance back to us. If item is sent in error to you we will refund you all monies owed including shipping.
